  • CheHo Lam (HK)- Violoniste de renommée internationale, CheHo s’est produit au Carnegie Hall et lors du déjeuner d’investiture de Barack Obama.
  • Costel Pascu (RO) – Pianiste de jazz, chef d’orchestre et arrangeur, Costel s’est produit dans les plus grandes salles de Hong Kong, de Montréal et des Émirats arabes unis. Après une formation classique en Roumanie, il est tombé amoureux du jazz et du funk et a dirigé des spectacles musicaux pour de grandes compagnies de croisière
  • Julius Sarino Bernales (PH)- Bassiste de jazz ayant plus de 25 ans d’expérience, Julius s’est produit dans des lieux prestigieux tels que le Rosewood et le JW Marriott à Hong Kong, ainsi qu’à Macao et au Japon. Il a travaillé comme chef d’orchestre, directeur musical et éducateur, partageant sa passion pour le jazz et la basse.
  • Londiwe Ngubeni (MsLolo) (SA) – Vocaliste puissante et ancienne Rafiki du Festival du Roi Lion de Hong Kong Disneyland, MsLolo mélange l’afrobeat avec des influences asiatiques, apportant énergie et âme sur scène.
  • Margaret (HK)- Diplômée de la Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Margaret a participé au Festival du Roi Lion (HK Disneyland) et à Universal Studios Singapore. Fondatrice de PERFORMCREW, elle soutient des organisations à but non lucratif comme le cirque de Hong Kong et travaille comme tutrice, formatrice et thérapeute en danse.
  • Matthieu Sachot (FR) – Ancien soliste de la cathédrale Saint-Patrick de New York, Matthieu a fait les beaux jours du Lincoln Center et continue de soutenir des associations caritatives telles que Mayaa Nepal à travers son art.
  • Le trio Elodie Lee : composé de Jimmy Pitman (basse), Toshi Horiguchi (piano), et Elodie Lee (chant), est un ensemble dynamique mêlant les influences du jazz, du tango et des musiques du monde. Profondément enracinés dans la scène musicale de Hong Kong, ils promettent une performance envoûtante remplie d’harmonies riches et de rythmes captivants.
Dans le cadre de cette soirée exceptionnelle, les invités pourront également profiter d’un repas gastronomique, soigneusement préparé pour accompagner les spectacles de la soirée. Nos artistes

The Elodie Trio

Although originally an English teacher, it is music that truly moves Jimmy, in particular, the bass and double bass. He is a regular performer in the intimate and jazzy scenes of Hong Kong, such as Salon 10. For several years, he has been collaborating with the group Cafe 852, specializing in Argentine tango and gypsy music.

For Mayaa Concert this year, he will be accompanied by Japanese pianist Toshi Horiguchi and Hong Kong singer Elodie LEE. This trio will take us on a journey through the classics of cinema, including Charlie Chaplin’s « Modern Times » with the timeless song « Smile, » as well as « The Sound of Music, » from which the beloved song « My Favorite Things » is derived.

Quartet Perrin

French / Luxembourg cellist Laurent Perrin studied with Georges Mallach, Lluis Claret and Raphael Wallfisch. He has worked closely with Daniil Shaffran, pianist György Sebők as well as the Takacs, Borodin and Amadeus Quartet.

Laurent Perrin is Assistant Principal Cello with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and teaches at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, The Chinese University and The Baptist University. He is a founding member of the RTHK String Quartet and RTHK Chamber Soloists.

Mei Ling Perrin plays piano and is trained as a soprano. She is a member of the HK Philharmonic Chorus and had sung in opera productions with Opera HK as a chorus member.

Laetitia and Guillaume are in Première in LFI. Laetitia plays piano and cajon drum as well as loves exploring with all sorts of percussion instruments. Guillaume plays the violin and ukelele. On weekends, the family would have jamming sessions, to have fun with music of different genres from pop to classical.

Matthieu SACHOT

Most Glamorous Tenor in HK!!

Born in 1978 and former Soloist of the Cathedral of Lyon, France, Matthieu benefited from numerous tours abroad to acquire technics and experience in both baroque and classical sacred / opera masterpieces.

In Tokyo since 2006, and Hong Kong since 2013, Matthieu joined several groups, including Tallis Vocalis (baroque ensemble) and the “Litlle Singers of Tokyo”, and performed on world renowned stages, such as the Suntory Concert Hall of Tokyo, the HK Cultural Center and the HK City Hall Concert Hall. 

 Matthieu also regularly supports Charitable organisations across Asia. This year, for Mayaa’s concert, he will be performing « REMEMBER ME, » taken from the famous movie ‘TROY”. Don’t miss his performance as he could rival Brad Pitt in his Greek warrior outfit.

Lolo

Londiwe Ngubeni, known by her stage name MsLolo, is a South African-born singer, actress, and model who has made significant strides in Hong Kong’s entertainment scene. Born into a large Christian family in Durban, South Africa, MsLolo’s passion for music was nurtured from an early age. Her career took a pivotal turn in 2008 when she was cast as Rafiki in Hong Kong Disneyland’s « Festival of the Lion King » show, prompting her relocation to Hong Kong. ​

After her tenure at Disneyland, MsLolo embarked on a solo music career in 2017, focusing on Afrobeat—a genre that blends West African musical styles with jazz, funk, and soul influences. Recognizing a growing appreciation for Afrobeat in Hong Kong, she dedicated herself to introducing this vibrant genre to a broader audience. Her efforts culminated in the release of her debut album, « A Different Breed, » in late 2021, featuring ten Afrobeat tracks infused with Asian influences.

Cheho Lam

Mr. Lam was selected to perform at the Presidential Inaugural Luncheon for President Barack Obama as First Violinist of the Eastman String Quartet. Winner of the 2013 New York International Artists Violin Competition, he has also appeared as soloist at concert halls across America, Europe, and Asia, namely Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and The United Nations Headquarters.

Mr. Lam’s students have been prize winners in competitions and festivals domestic and abroad, some of which have gone on to perform at Carnegie Hall, Yale Club and Harvard Club, to name a few.

Mr. Lam is also the director and founder of The Quintessential, a bespoke music salon production company that defies traditional concert experiences and Apollo International Music and Arts Competition, with the mission to break down borders and bring world class educators and artists from top tier universities (Harvard, Yale, Juilliard, Curtis, Cambridge, etc.) to adjudicate the works of next generations.
